Dr. James Doggette, Jr. 

I have been passionate about helping people overcome challenges and pursue personal and profession development since I was a teenager. My interest in helping people GodSize their lives led to a career as a pastor and leadership consultant. I’ve worked in these fields for over 13+ years where I have helped many people discover their purpose and passion.

I coach athletes, students, executives, professionals, and individuals to realize their potential, grow in their career and personal lives, and achieve optimal results. I lead a variety of workshops and seminars where I cultivate the self-awareness required to increase confidence, motivation, and attain remarkable success.

I have presented my work around the globe in locations such as: London, Paris, Bermuda, Turks and Caicos, St. Croix, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Toronto, British Columbia, and numerous other locations. I recently authored my first book entitled "A Standing Ovation." I have also been the recipient of numerous honors and awards including, the Mosley-Warren Homiletics Award for excellence in preaching.

My wife, Demia, and I are blessed to have two children, Noa Lillie and James, III. When I am not working to transform the lives of others, you can find me being a present force in the lives of my family and those around us. I create. I deliver. I facilitate cultural and interpersonal transformation.
